First, thank you for your criticism. But, slander is something that we do not tolerate. Please keep that out of your comments. That does nothing productive.

Second, without telling us why our hookah “sucks ass”, I cannot properly answer your question. Granted, we cannot appeal to every crowd. We have 64 different flavors, with the possibility of making thousands of different flavors since you can mix and match up to two different tobaccos in a hookah. You can also enhance the flavor by adding 15 different juices or milk instead of a water base. This combination will give you almost endless possibilities of flavors. The tobacco we use is the regarded as one of the best available in the market. I know for a fact that certain hookah places use cheaper brands, and if that’s what they want to do, that’s fine by us. They have their own thing and their own customers, and we have our own thing and our own customers. Our large number of repeat customers can vouch for that.

We show KU sporting events on the largest HD projector in town, the carpets and pillows are authentic, and some carpets are over a 100 years old. The decorations on the walls and the ceiling were handpicked for the business and are authentic. The tables and chairs were hand-made by me and my employees. Not many businesses can offer authenticity like that, even places that are a "million times better" than us. We even offer private seating closed off from people you do not want to talk to. We offer many forms of entertainment. If the big screen does not impress you, if the atmosphere doesn't suit you, if you feel like the privacy seating is not "private enough" we have a section in the back so that you can be completely closed off from rest of the patrons. We also offer: board games, Playstation 3, Wii, darts, etc. But more importantly I believe that we have excellent customer service. Again, our customers can vouch for that fact.

And, Karly, I post on here because of the slander and non-productive comments on this page. If something is false, I have the right to defend my clients and establishment. At least I am not afraid to put down my name AND last name. Look, you and I both know that I can have a hundred people post here and say good things about my place. You can also post 100’s of bad things under different names. But that would not be fair to any of my customers, nor would it be fair to the other similar establishments in town. If you are not truly happy about my place, please stop by and I’ll buy you any hookah from the house and have a good chat. If you still remain unhappy, that’s ok by me. I cannot make everyone happy, but if I can make the majority of my customers happy, and judging by the large amount of repeat customers, I think that we’re doing quite alright.

You're an absolutely bad liar. In the last week 3 weeks, our prices have dropped to $9.99 per hookah including free hummus and free drink, which is the cheapest in the state of Kansas. Obviously, you've never been here, or have but trying to give us a bad name and advertising the hookah house.

I absolutely hated this hookah lounge! It was way too expensive! I'd reccomend Hookah House on Mass. St. :-)

Thanks for the private party Ertan last night. Our whole house had a blast!!! Service was excellent, Music was banging, HD projector was off the hook! This place is second to none!

I enjoyed it but it didnt have the feeling i had from the Hookah house in downtown.
i would love it if you can be less commercial, the more local it is the Better.
