As a Jacksonville, Fl resident, I was doing an overnight in Miami, and was informed of D'Vine by several friends. After finding parking, I walked in. I had 1 person with me, total of two.

The Venezuelan co-owner sat myelf and my friend (both of us aren't huge but aren't thin) at a cramped small table.

While we waited for a Russian kid, who didn't speak much english, we gawked at their false advertising.

No More Free Wifi. Upscale even for south beach, imo. Hookahs were terrible. I am a distributor in NE Florida for hookahs and hookah supplies.

Their hookahs are not packed correctly, the owner makes you put a wind screen on, I suppose she thinks "coals fly around the room" without it. I pursued with her, and she let us remove it, on the agreement that I can't sue her if I get burned.

We waited, several minutes, about 15, for our drinks, a Mint Lemonade (which was very good) and a Pineapple Juice.

The menu, is a disaster. They give each table "3" menus. One for food, One for liquor/wine, the other Sisha/Hookah.

Not that I'm racist, but if you own a Middle Eastern/Arab themed bar, be arabic ? It only seems right. It's almost an abomination to their culture the way the hookahs are served and presented.

Furthermore, they should get some staff that speaks english. Not engrish, russian, portuguese, or spanish.

All In All, 2 drinks (non alcoholic) and a hookah was 32.00. Ridiculously expensive. I do not recommend this as being "ok to frequent"... at all

The manager there that night, made my friend and I move; we were originally sat at a 2 person table, and it was cramped, so she let us move to a larger table.

Well when a party came in, that would fit that larger table, she AGAIN made us move. I've never been in a place like that, made to move because she wants to sit a party of hispanics (her own culture; My friend is Puerto Rican, and I was white) at our table.

I had mind not to move. I had already sat down. She was being racist, inconsiderate,

I will never go here again.

I also found the service to be bad. It took forever to get a seat, which is understandable, but the owner was very unaccomodating and unfriendly. They rushed me out as soon as I finished up. Its as if you cant sit even for a minute extra and chat with your friends! Why would anyone want to give those people business. The watermelon hookah has visual appeal though..which is probably the only original thing they have going for them!

ive been to many hookah lounges. Of all this one has the worst service! the owner is rude and extremely UNfriendly. i do NOT suggest thus place.

i went to this restaurant yesterday with my father, though the food and service was great, the owner is of latin descent and made a very cruel jewish joke and we commented when we over heard and she went off with absolutly prejudice comments and bragging about how it was thanks to our countrys welfare she got the restaurant. i've never witnessed such behavior from anyone in my life, i urge people please dont let people get away with such disrespect... this is a democratic country and the amount of prejudice in there and low class is intolerable
