Nice place, kind of cold in there during the winter. Service can be slow at times, and it's really brightly lit in there.

I went to yafa last week and its the best hookah bar in the state. amazing service amazing food amazing everything the owner is the funniest bitch ever.

The food is wonderful, the service is excellent, and I believe the owner is misunderstood. I've been going to Yafa since it opened and the owner is just trying to keep order in the cafe so that everyone can be served with the same level of service. If you go to other cafes you can see that when people just come in on the busy night and seat themselves it ends up being a big mess.

I agree with the service part. The owner is probably the biggest asshole I have ever met. Customer service is like the biggest part of business. I mean his place would be packed every single day if he just treated people with respect. Also... the price of food as been going up like crazy. He'll be out of business soon if he keeps acting the way he does.

THE OWNER IS A REALLY BIG HEADED ASSHOLE!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HATED HOW HE TREATS PEOPLE. HE DOESNT MAKE U FEEL WELCOME AND IMPORTANT. HE KEPT US WAITIN FOR A PLACE TO SIT AND IN THE END WE ENDED UP SITTIN BY THE DOOR AND HE WOULDNT LET US CLOSE IT AFTER WE ASKED HIM CUS IT WAS REALLY COLD.

The Owner, the guy with the huge mustach and big glasses, is a complete cunt, he is rude as hell, arrogant and know nothing about customer service. i literally saw him kicking a customer out.that why i dont go there anymore..

The service is slow, personally I go there just to hang out with friends so it really doesn't matter. Just don't expect a quick meal. The only thing that bothers me a little is the fact that if you're going to advertise yourself as a shisha place, you should keep up on the fire.

I completely agree. This is my first hookah bar, but this service is terrible! It took forever just to get a hookah & tea.

Horrible SERVICE!!! Owner is a REAL A$$HOLE!!! Don't even think about getting served here within the first half hour and don't try bringing more then a group of up to 8 people because the owner will KICK you out if you kindly ask other customers to move so you can all be seated and they don't object at all. Definitly go to Pyramids down the street instead. The hookah is better, the atmosphere is better, and the owner isn't a huge asshole!

I went to Yafa Grill last weekend. The real apple shisha was good but the service wasn't. My coals were gone for 15 minutes so I had to walk up and ask for new ones. It's not a big deal, but how hard is it to bring out coals...
