owners/managers are obnoxious, rude and I will not be returning. What started as a humble business relying on the word of mouth of customers, has turned into "we can rip people off now because we've grown as a business". I used to buy my shisha from them, however the last box I bought (for the same price) ended up being a bag of shisha HALF the size of the last ones I had previously bought. Thinking there was some error, I returned, only to have the smartass 17 y/o manager (yes, he's the manager) behind the counter tell me there was "new management" and they're selling these boxes now. I asked him when the new manager would be in, and he said "hah I don't know" and walked off. What a way to conduct business. The girl working at the counter apparently also thought it was amusing that he was a complete asshole to a customer - or infidel (as I was made to feel)
