Go to the Meridian!!! If ur more interested in the hookah rather than food then this placde is great! people are really nice and u don't have to wave them down everytime u need something. They don't bother u every ten minutes though. They have drinks, no alcoholic drinks. they also have chips and candy. But hookahs are very nice and really clean. they put cold water in th hookahs everytime u get a new flavor. And the best part is u only pay $12 to smoke as much as u want!!! I'm def. going back!!!

I went to Shiraz last night around 8:30pm, it was totally dead! I actually thought it was closed. We ordered an app and hookah. The waitress barely came over, we had to keep waiving her down. We finally got our ice water from the manager.. WE asked for ice water..and got one glass..go figure. The food was good, we enjoyed it. The hookah was the best I have had in a long time.. It was $14.95 tho, which is a major rip off. Also I dont like how you have to sit outside to smoke.. when the wind starts picking up, it gets messy. I am sure I will be going back.. I dont think I will eat there, but the hookah was really good.. expensive..but good :)

The serve at this place is really bad. I remember reading the reviews on this page and not thinking it was as bad as what was stated, but it is! It really, really, really is!

It surprises me they get as packed as they do with the awful serve they give!

I went this past Saturday with some friends, when we got there around 9pm the place was pretty empty, but around 10pm people started really rolling in.

And that's when the awful serve really kicked in. Within the four hours we were there, our waitress came to us about two times on her own, all the other times was us flagging her down to come to us to place an order for us.

Half the time the woman didn't seem like she knew what she was doing.

The other half she was running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to serve way too many people on her own... made me feel bad for her.

There was like 15 tables packed to the max OUTSIDE and only about three to four waitresses severing everyone inside and out! That's ridiculous!

Best hookah place I've been to thus far here in Orlando, the entertainment was good, the surroundings was nice, the food was yummy... but the serve ruined our night!

If anyone from Shiraz Grill reads any of these entries, think about hiring more waitresses and make sure to give them a good training before you put them out on the floor to serve your customers!

Oh and let me also add, when we were going to leave, we had to flag our waitress down (again) to give us the bill and then we had to wait about 15 minutes for her to turn with our cards and between all that, the manager of the place actually had the gull to imply that we should give her a better tip then what we were giving her because she worked really hard...

I'm sure she worked really hard, being one of four waitresses working on so many damn tables, but that's something YOU should be tipping her for, for being over worked under your management, not us! She did an awful job with us.

First and last time my friends and myself will be visiting Shiraz Grill.

The shiraz grill is amazing, been there many times and it does take a while to serve but that is because there is only one chef. The food is delicious and the owner of the restaurant is very nice. They have shows of belly-dancing on friday & saturday nights for everyone to enjoy. It's not a bad place at all, you just need to know the iranian culture to get full satifaction.

We went last Sunday with my family to eat dinner at Shiraz Grill. We got there about 7:30 pm. The service was so bad. We were a table of 7 people. We ordered, and waited and waited! Other people who got there 30 mins later too got served but we never got our food. We had 3 kids at our table starving. I even requested that the kids' food be served first. But the waitress never seemed to care! About 5 or 6 tables that got there after we did got served something but we didn't even get our waters! We are just normal people who get good service everywhere else. We finally got up and left around 8:45 pm! I told the person in the kitchen how bad the service was, and why we were leaving.

One time when we asked the waitress something about our appetizers we ordered an hour before and, she said "I don't know what to tell you. You can leave if you want". That's the rudest waitress I have ever seen! I love Persian food but it's a pity this place is run so poorly! They need to improve their customer skills.

I was really embarassed to take my family to this place. We had to go find food somewhere else around 9 pm after waiting for that long!

this place is good if u jus wanna sit!but if u want hukka,food or anything else this place is so fuckin bad!do not ever visit this place!

ORLANDO HOOKAH SPOT

Shiraz is a good place to smoke hookah however, the food service is slow because i ordered something and the girl forgot about it.We had to remind her numerous times and she didn't give it to us until five minutes before we had to leave. I suggest that you eat before you go there and just go there to smoke hookah. Their food isn't that great anyway. But i guess the service depends on what time of day you go. The belly dancer was awesome, she even tried to pull everyone to dance with her.

we went to that place couple of days ago it is a nice place , but the only problem the hose was full of dirt coming out of it , we asked for a new hose , they get us another hose but have a bad taste in it , you guys should do something about that

Oh BTW the hours are 11:30-10pm Sun-Thur
and 11:30-12 Fridays and Saturdays.
All Flavors are $9.99 but I saw a flyer around town for $7.99 saying they have 42 flavors, so I guess if you bring it in your straight.

I dont know what the guy Marjan was going on about, I had excellent customer service and the food was great too. The Hookah was exceptional, they packed the heads great and the smoke lasted well over an hour. My Friends and I had a great time. So check it out, Its well worth.

At first this place was great(lacked servers but it was new), but as it started to grow it became worse the place lacked good customer service. i was completly embarrassed as i had brought my friends along to try something different .We went there around 10 pm they told us the kitchen was closed, but when the family member of the owner came they were served food, when we who had come earlier then them were not served food. We practically had to begg them to give us food, we had to beg them to let us pay. They did not ask if we were al right everything was okay till the very end. This place needs a better owner and servers, it lackss servers to the core. The only thing good about this place is it's the closest place in orlando that serves you hookah. Ohh yea there hookah (sheesha) is pretty good for the price ...though they need drastic impovement on customer skills. I personally cannot wait till the new hookah (sheesha ) place in downtown orlando opens!!! hopefully they have better customer service skills.

I love this place. they have the best flavors in town and know how to pack the bowl.

The best Hookah Bar in Town!! Great service, great atmosphere, great place to be.
