The Hookah Lounge is probably one of my favorite places to hang in the GR area. It has the best service around town. They lately have been throwing after parties after big events at local bars/clubs. Everytime I have gone they have been a huge success and a great time. This place is somewhere that everyone needs to go! I tried the hummus and it was amazing! Be sure to try it when you check out the lounge. You will not be disapointed.

The Hookah Lounge is very nice. I have been there many a times now, and it's always a good place to get together with your friends. I am a college student and the prices are very reasonable, cheaper then seeing a movie. Keep it up, best in Michigan.

This is by far the best hookah bar i have ever been to!!!!! the Hookah lounge ROCKS!!!

Andys comments are when he was stoned and in the wrong place...this place has excellent decore with new and beautiful seating similiar to high end loft condos. Very clean and wonderful people with great sandwiches and soup.

If I can bring my high end clients and they are pleased...surely college kids will enjoy this great place for food and R&R,enjoy the pool table and large screen for football games too!

great quality hooka and real casual and open feel to it. real personal waiters too. a number of times on slow days they just sat down with us and talked.

Either the owners wrote the good comments, or some people were stoned out-of-their-minds when they went.

This hookah bar has a semi-dilapidated / college rec-room decor, which is great if you want to play pool and listen to a movie that's so loud you can't talk.

But hookahs are meant to be a serene social experience, so no, this hookah "bar" is not comparable to those in the Middle East. Even the seating (seats spread too far out around large tables) doesn't help.

I used to own a hookah bar when I lived in Detroit. But my wife's job relocated her to Grand Rapids. I recently visited the Hookah Lounge and had an excellent time. The Hookah was very good, service was good, and the smoothies were very tasty. The guy in the previous comment must have had a bad experience one time and is making judgements based on that. From my experience there I would rate it pretty high on the list of hookah lounges. I go TGI Friday's all the time because I love their food. A couple of times the food took too long ans the service wasnt the best but that did not stop me from going there because from also working in the restaurant business I know the sometimes SHIT HAPPENS.
PS. I think it is pretty funny that the guy in the previous comment is trying to start a partnership oin the internet. Shows you the type of people that come on here. They show lack of business ethics and lacking that will not get them very far in life.

Honestly i dont know what this Allison girl is talking about. I have meet the owner and its a family business. The lounge compares to other lounges in the middle east. I have been to Jordan and they are the same. There hookahs are great and the service is good. Allison good luck with it. But if u your not from the Middl East you dont know what their culture is...

I have been to many hookah lounges and this one is by far the worst. Product wasn't the best quality, service wasn't the best, and employees were less knowlegeable than I am. The atmosphere was also a major dissapointment. I am working on opening my own hookah lounge and this one has taught me many things that I don't want to do.

I personally really like this hookah bar. It has a very good atmosphere. The staff and co-owner are all very nice people. The hookah is good and for a good price. Deffinitly the best in michigan.
