Heat is the best place to hang out! Once you go you'll want to keep coming back. They have the most original flavors that you won't find anywhere else. The owner makes his own delicious flavors so if you want to try something unique you hafta go. Plus the staff is amazing they are quick to help you out and they are all friendly! Heat Hookah Lounge is by far one of the best hookah lounges in the DFW metroplex. I have been to a few other hookah bars and nothing seems to compare to the prompt friendly service, the delicious and captivating shisha flavors, or the relaxed lounging area. Heat is a great escape from the misery of a long boring work week or after a long day with the college books. Heat Hookah Lounge is an awesome enviornment to bring friends, host parties, or just go chill and meet new people. I highly recommend Heat any day of the week.

Heat is one of the best hookah places around. Im not going to lie, sometimes there is a wait, but the smoke is worth it. The flavors are great and the Owner, who's a pretty good acquaintance of mine always greets people at the door. No matter what, someone will check on you if you need coal, and the guys that work there are pretty cool too. The lounge is a great place to chill and personally, my friends and I all love Heat.

This place is absolutely amazing. The smoke, the service, and especially the owner are all incredible. The owner goes around and personally greets and takes care of people.The smoke is incredible and moderately priced. It's not that expensive and it tastes amazing and he always has new flavors and specials, just ask. I would highly recommend this lounge for anyone who enjoys hookah or wants to give it a try.

I recently relocated from Houston to Dallas and i was desperately searching fora place that offered great hookahs, privacy, and great service. I found all of those things in HEAT this past weekend. The menu offers a vast variety of traditional flavors as well as flavors unique to the lounge. The lounge has comfortable seating and is large enough for you to be in a group but not be disturbed by others, and the service was great. I was supplied with fresh coals, cold beverages, as well as delicous hamas. Overall, I would say it was one of my best Hookah Lounge experiences. If you are in the mood for Hookah I strongly suggest that you give these guys a try.

I put this on city search too! its that bad!

On my most recent visit late one Friday, my friend and I walked a nearly deserted lounge. We stood at the “please wait to be seated” sign for a few minutes before being greeted with the obligatory ID check. The employee handed us a menu and told us to “sit anywhere ill be with you in a few minutes” then promptly walked off into the kitchen area where the rest of the “employees” were hanging out. After about 15 minutes a different employee came out from the back and, with an indifferent attitude, took our order, dropped it off in the back, then returned to the lounge area to have a seat and visit with the two female patrons that were there prior our arrival. WAIT TIMES ARE REDICULOUS!! About halfway into our 30+ minute wait for our hookah; two other people arrived and were warmly and promptly greeted. Before they could sit their order was taken and by the time our hookah arrived theirs shortly arrived after less than half the time we were subjected to. When the hookah arrived it was very ashy and harsh, no ice, no offer of ice, an all-round unpleasant and crudely prepared smoke. Because of the quality, the hookah died out fast and during our smoking session we were never checked on, never offered another coal (which it desperately needed), nothing. At the counter the owner was all smiles as he handed us our overly priced bill, we paid and were given a half off coupon for the middle of the week…joy. This was by far the worst experience I have had here, the times I came here before weren’t much better. I would not recommend going here unless of course you have friends working there... Expect high prices, abysmal service, and a general unwelcome feeling when patronizing this establishment. This place has potential if the owner stops treating it like an exclusive club for his buddies, and more like a public establishment for everyone.

Heat hookah is a great place. Its very chill and relax. The lounge is dark to where its comfortable and just lit up enough not to ruin the whole feel of the place. However it is somewhat a little costy but the atmosphere and custumer satysfaction makes up for it.

As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smiling face. I took a look around and saw that Heat was newly refurnished and the main area was now more "lounge-like"

I was not charged a cover fee for being under 21. But they do put wrist bands on those who are 21, not to mention it is BYOB.

They had amazing flavors, and we had 2 hookahs, and managed to stay there for 4 hours with 8 people.

Heat is by far the most satisfying hookah bar I have been to and I will highly recommend it as the best in the DFW area.

I can't say enough good things about HEAT. The atmosphere is fantastic. The lights stay low all night. Good music. Very friendly staff. Comfortable chairs and furniture.

Most hookah lounges have nothing but rude employees. I've yet to have a staff member at HEAT be rude to me.

This is place is the best hookah bar, i have ever gone to. The people are so friendly... they make you feel like family.... the flavors are just the best i have ever had... i have smoked hookah for years at other places, but the quality of taste, flavor, and smoke at Heat blows the other places out of the competition.... you gotta try it, sometime
