damn that sucks becuase my brother told me about the hookah bar in sacramento he used to go there all the time they have been nice to in the past him and his friends go there also i want to go but becuase i heard they have bad service i may not go.

You have to be 21 at most Hookah bars because they also serve alcohol. When I called this location they said that you have to be 21 just for the Hookah alone. Not sure if it is law or just their policy, but she said it just changed to that.

nope you can be any age the one in winston salem NC where I live lets us smoke and im only 14. but only on friday nights but thats when everyone goes.

Kasbah Lounge's service was horrible. We arrived at 11:30pm expecting to stay till at least 2:00am to smoke the hookah and they closed the place at midnight and closed the hookah lounge at 11:30pm... Horrible, horrible, horrible service. We called the restaurant before we got there to ask what time they were closing and she said 3am. The blonde bartender was in such a hurry to get everyone out of the place.. we left at 1230am.. and she had turned away at least 10 people while we were there. Her excuse "my boss decided to close early tonight" Funny thing was.. seemed like she was too busy trying to push everyone out so that she can get her friends in and have a party. We watched her and the other waitress take shots behind the bar! I will never step foot in that place again. Bad service... I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I want to take my brother to a hookah bar with me but i'm not sure if he can go. He's 17 so do you have to be 18 to smoke hookah?
