Wow, there are obvious mirage haters here...probably just jealous and connected to the copoff hookah cafe that opened in nearby hagerstown. i've been to it once and it's ok just smaller than mirage and no alcohol. anyway i wouldn't listen to what's being said about mirage. i've been going there for over two years now and it's always been a comfortable and chill experience...and most of the waitresses are hot. i've met the owner a couple of times and he's a nice guy. that's all i have to say. i have to commute to frederick from gaithersburg, i wish mirage would open up there.

um ya ive been hearen alot of bad comments on the mirage i really dont know because ive never been there but i will say oasis is a very nice place with really good service an great food the shishia is really good ive been there for the first time tonight an the bowl lasted a very long time between me an 2 friends so i will def. say visit oasis in hagerstown every one there is friendly an very big selection of shisha

Do not ever go to Mirage...Mirage is the lowest of low. The owner is a money hungry tyrant who doesn't care about his patrons at all. He will charge you ridiculous prices for the silliest things (x. a roll of coals cost a friend of mine $10, when you can walk down the street not even half a block and get the same roll for 3 or 4 dollars) The shisha used at mirage is comparable to bunk ass weed. The flavor is weak, the bowls are packed half assed and burn solidly for maybe 20 minutes (causing you to have to buy another hookah). The best thing about Mirage is the menu but even then look into a second mortgage to pay for your food bill. Anyways like bobby said if your looking for good people, a good time, good shisha or anything else with the word good before it take the 25-30 minute drive from Mirage and (frederick) and head up to Oasis Hookah Lounge in Hagerstown. Well worth the drive.

Mirage has absolutely gone downhill...do not i repeat do not go here. You wil lspend more money on the most trivial things and the tobacco is a cheap rip off, the bowls are not even filled properly. The owner is nothing more than a greedy, money starved tycoon who could care leess about his patrons. If your looking for a good, more relaxed fun time take the 25-30 minute trip (from frederick) to Oasis Hookah Lounge in Hagerstown.

This place smells like hell! I would highly recommend against it unless you are a dirty pirate hooker.

yeh oasis is so much better than mirage

by far the best shisha place i've been to in the VA-MD-DC area. Food is great and environment is fun yet laid back. there are always different types of people there, old and young, from all over....highly recommended!

i did the hooka i gave it hard and the hooka said nothing

great hookah & great service. It has a bar area up front, regular tables in the middle, and couches in the back corners. prob. the best lounge ive been to out yonder.

Ham the bald man is opening a different unique Hookah Lounge in Hagerstown MD....OASIS..... You will never be disapointed as Tim advised about Ham.

Mirage cafe is the place to be if you like good food and shi-sha. good sevice and people, for instence a guy named ham. big bald guy funny, hard working, all around good guy. if your in the neiborhood i suggest you visit im sure you wont be dissapointed!
