some of the rudest waitstaff I have ever encountered. Slow service and made one feel very uncomfortable and out of place, which is sad because the location and restaurant is very quaint and charming.

I went there for the first time 2 days ago and I was really disappointed =( the service was really shity the guy was rude.. and the hookah tasted like shit! I seriously thought he gave me a used bowl.. What a rip off. Dont go there!!

I love it. me and my friends go thier frequently.the enviornment is great and there is never any really loud high school kids causing problems. I love the outdoor heater its great for oregon nights. highly recommend it.

Pied Cow offers wonderful dessert choices and delectable lattes, but won't serve hookah to customers under 21 years of age. Kind of a drag when there's no law to establish that; rumor has it that it's a rule to keep the local high school kids from making it their regular hang out...?
