Went there on a Thursday...Hip Hop nite...the young and the beautiful of Philly was in the house...service was great...Shisha average at best...music was ok early but got better as the nite progressed...

I've been here and Shouk a few times and I absolutely love both of them. Go to Byblos on a thursday night before 1 and you'll get FREE hookah with the purchase of a drink. Its hip-hop night on Thursdays and every week its PACKED. Def a good place to chill with friends if you want to be in that type of environment. Drinks, Food and Hookah were all good!
