I made a reservation in June on the phone with Amir of Club Tuts and confirmed this reservation by email for a joint birthday party my sister and I were having on July 12, 2008 for approximately 30 people. Little did we know that the place has been CLOSED BY COURT ORDER SINCE MAY 2008, as the notice outside the club said!! So we pulled up in our party bus ready for a great night and saw the locked doors and the court order notice . . . Suffice it to say, our birthday party did not go as planned. We had to scramble to find another place in the area and did make the best of the situation, but this should never have happened!! There was another group of bewildered looking girls also standing outside Club Tuts for their birthday party that night and I can only imagine that their night was ruined as well. So I wanted to warn anyone who does not live in the vicinity of Club Tuts, like me, who would never have known the place was closed until we showed up, that they need to avoid Club Tuts!! The club's website did not notify potential patrons of being closed, nor did any reviews of the club indicate the closed status. But MOST IMPORTANTLY, the club owner Amir was not candid with me as to the status of the club when he took my reservation. Maybe Amir was hopeful that the club would reopen by July 12, but in either event, he did not notify me AT ANY TIME up until and including the day of the event that the club was closed. I understand that when this place is open it's great fun but this unbusiness-like behavior is unacceptable and I want to warn anyone else planning a party there to make sure the club is actually open before making a reservation and showing up there.

I made reservation for a Bithday party at CLUB TUTS recieved an email on the same day of my party explaining that they were closed. Haven't been there but they didn't leave me with a good taste. Horrible customer service.
