i've been there once and the service was good. It was a busy saturday night, luckily we got there before the crowds and got to sit outside, the weather was nice and the waiters and waitresses were very friendly and gave us fast service. they refilled the coal 3x without asking and we stayed there for about 3 hrs. and there was a long line around 11:30ish. overall, i had a good first time experience :) one of the waiters was really attractive! i'll definitely go back there this time i'll sit inside (maybe.)

Don't go here, this place sucks balls
I was supposed to go to here for my 22nd birthday and called way in advance and set everything up and they kept calling me throughout the week to make sure everything was ok and set things up. This was very nice, UNTIL we got there. My party was 15 people and we were supposed to be there at 1030, which we were and most of my party was there before 1030 and waiting and when I got there at 1030, I talked to the guy and he said he was clearing the table. 30 minutes later he said he was still clearing the table. Then when my friend started yelling at him because he kept making up lies, he kicked her out and would not let her back in at all so we left and his business lost 600 dollars for the night. Sucks for him. He made us miss the bellydancer which he said he would hold for us and then there where all these people also waiting with reservations and they were waiting for a long time. The place is under staffed with very rude people, making up things to make you stay or come but no one wants to do that. NEVER GOING BACK.

Too expensive for a mediocre hookah experience. Not very friendly, and bad ventilation.

I haven't been to Horus Cafe in about 8 months, but every time I've been there (about 5 times) has been an excellent experience. Service has always been prompt with courteous, and some attractive, waitresses. Usually they come and maintain your coals without even having to ask. Sometimes it can take a little while to get your food after ordering, but then again sometimes I've gotten my order within 10 minutes. Overall I love this hookah lounge and everyone I've taken there loves it as well.

It took us roughly 45 minutes to get the hookah after we ordered it. The waitress gave us supposedly free water bottles, but since none of us spent more than the $15 per person table charge, we essentially paid for them ourselves. There are way too many other options out there to screw around with this place.
