sucks! rude service, actually NO service! waitresses both bitchy and rude and the manager guy was even worse. asked six times for another coal and finally some chubby girl behind the counter got it for me and then siad "don't bother me again" talk to the manager thats what he gets paid for! then they add the tip on your check and don't even tell you-no wonder they give shit service they get tipped no matter what. never going back!

It's ok during the Weekdays, totally SUCKS on the weekends. Too many little kids running around out of highschool and the music is so loud you honestly can't even hear the person who's sitting across the table from you, PLUS they charge like an extra $10 bucks that you can't get back even if you leave as soon as you get into the building (which happened to us)

was okay, definately NOT the best. Didn't care for the young crowd either. Would much rather go somewhere else.

Every time i've ever gone here my service has been great. sometimes you get good hookah's other times not. i love the food here. don't care to much for the music and i will continue to go back

Hey, I've been there before and I will have to agree justin...their hookahs suck and I am sorry to say that but they do. They are to damn dry and also their holes are to wide and they shit sucks big time. You should try the one in kent or the one in cleveland heights. great hookahs and service

they dont give a fuck about age for smokikn and if you look 21ish some people can buy drinks.. also if you look about 18-21 you can bring your own alcohol they dont care.. ppeople bring cases and shit
