I went there with a small group of 3, never again... the service, the hookah, and the price were ALL disappointing. I would skip this shit hole and drive the extra miles for a GOOD hookah lounge.

I love this place. The servers were great and the hooka was awesome. We were totally taken care of all night. I would go there all the time. If you go ask for George!!

I had heard so many great remarks on this lounge from friends, that I decided to give it a try. It was ridicuously expensive, the service was horrible. Our server was bossy and very obnoxious.

The "manager" wouldn't even look up from his cell phone to tell us where the bathroom was. I had left early and paid for $60 of the tab, and they still tried to charge the rest of the group for my hookah and drinks.

I was dissapointed that I took time to drive 20 miles out of the way to receive shitty service, hookahs that lasted BARELY 30 minutes, and a limited amouth of flavors to choose from.

I was also charged a cover fee for being under 21.

I've been there the one time, with a very large group of people, and most times when an establishment gets a large group of people, they tend to take care of them or put an extra staff member on to their table. But this place actually slackened the times they came around to make sure everything was okay, refill drinks, take orders, or even change the coals, which led to us having long periods of no smoke, even though we had 4 hookahs ordered between the 12 or so of us.

Not only was the service bad, but the flavor choice limited in their hooahs, and the prices higher than other local hookah lounges.

The environment itself was okay, the atmosphere melodic and the establishment itself nice and clean. But the seating was bad, as they couldn't handle the size of our group and actually seated us on the floor (though they did provide some nice cushions). They also provided a nice revolving table-like apparatus so as to facilitate our passing around the hookah hoses.

However, they also had several problems with our checks and tried to screw us over a bit by double-charging a few items and adding items we never even ordered onto the menu (they charged us for 7 hookahs at the end of the night, even though we only had 4, and 1 was paid for by a subset of us that left early, which they tried to double-charge us with).

Overall a bad experience in a mediocre hookah lounge.

I've been there twice, and both times I was literally shocked by how bad the service was.

The employees are extremely rude, like they're doing us a huge service by bringing us a menu.

I went with a group of about 15 people, and after a night of poor service we were amazed that our bill was so off. We went through 4 hookahs but were billed for 6. Someone had left early and paid for part of the bill, yet they insisted that the whole bill still needed to be paid.

Overall, it was the worst experience I've ever had at a hookah lounge. It's pricey, the servers are assholes and it's really not that nice of a place to begin with.

For a group of 6 people it gets pretty expensive like 130 bucks include 2 hookha pipes and drinks!! but its pretty cool, but its kind of small only about 30 people can fit in so it gets kind of loud at times. they do charge a cover fee for those who are under 21 that cant drink but its only 5 bucks!! if your looking for a nice relaxing place that you can chill and smoke i would recomend it!!!
