My girlfriend and I were visiting from out of state and looking for a place to smoke, we had a great time, so much so that we went back the next night. The price was resonable and seating was comfortable, music was more modern then other lounges we've been to, and the service was great, I read the other reviews and my guess is the pulled thier heads out of thier asses and fixed those problems.

I'm not usually one to review, but I had to in this case. After finally finding a hookah bar that was actually open our ID's were checked at the front. We were promptly seated and when the waitress came over to take our order, she asked to see our ID once more. After taking our order a security guard asked to see our ID's. Onece more we obliged. He claimed that neither ID looked like us after several minutes of reviewing them. We offered to show him additional proof like credit cards, social security etc. He insisted that they absolutely were not us, and said he would need to refuse service.

For the record we are both 24 and up until now had never been refused service anywhere. I advise people to listen to these reviews. We should have!

The service is unbelievably horrible... they charge 100 bucks for us to rent a small back room with another party... I couldn't believe the Gaul of this lounge... I will never go back to the "Chi Cha lounge again... not my kind of place.

The service here sucks. The only good person in this place was a lady name Anna if it was not for her i would never step foot in there again.

Chi Cha is the best place to smoke, it's chill with couches and dark lighting. Very cool place.
