I have smoked in Hookah-Shisha in more than 12 countries and 10 states.
This cafe is great for atmospher-overiszed tables and chairs. Middle East feel, huge fish tank and good music, not too loud-you can still talk.
Hookah's are $20-far price. Food is really, really good. This is not a resturant, but they serve food-and it is great.

I went here while on Spring Break and had a great time. The DJ was good they had cheap hookas if you are on a budget and the crowd was great! We had a lot of fun and if I ever went back to NOLA I will be at the Hookah Cafe!
