yes, service is a little slow, but cafe 360 isnt designed as a place to eat in a hurry. dont go if you have plans in 45 minutes. nice place to eat/smoke/relax for an hour and a half or more.

This is the best place i have ever been to. i could eat and smoke here every night. the prices are outstanding too. i highly reccommend this place to anyone thats looking for a good time. its open 24/7 too!

cafe 360 has okay food, the hookahs are okay, and the service is not that good, but the price and atmosphere is very good.

I've been coming to Cafe 360 for over two years. The food, the hookah and the service are all great. Anyone complaining about the service being "horrible" are just your typical assholes who expect waiters and waitresses to kiss their ass.

While I do enjoy the food and hookah, the service is down right horrible some nights. But really, what can you expect from a restaurant that is open 24/7.

AWFUL! Found a hair in my food long black one and I have blonde hair. because I had eaten half my food they took 20% and made me pay for it. They said they didn't know where the hair came from i could have planted it. I will never go back! most places provide a new item or comp the item. not there. Manager refused to give me her name asian looking woman. Wouldn't come to the table told staff she was too busy---was talking at the bar.

Wonderful food! hookah experceince was wonderful! tried it with liquor in the bottom!!! Best thing I've ever tasted!!! Our server was the best!! SErvice is probably considered horrible because it takes food a long time to be cooked---what does one expect if it's made fresh? I would rather wait for fresh food then stale day old made food......duh!

Yes the service is terrible, no doubt about that. But if you show up around 10 on weeknights, you get a nice balence. There are not too many ppl, but the waiters are in a rush mentality, so things go quicker. The food is excellent!!!! Not to mention that it is cheap and they have a wide selection for carnivores and veggies alike.

The food is amazing and I have never been disappointed with it [esp. the mac n' cheese!] but the service is terrible!

And while it's a great place to go... it's not 24hr no matter what the sign says. Sad, but true. Hope they fix this, but at 4am on Monday morning, you can't get anything in there regardless of what the sign says.
