So here is the dice… Natura is full of horrible, horrible things. Not only is the place dirty, the service is slow, the place is full of cockroaches, and I the manager parks in a handicapped spot on an everyday basis.
But websites like this are not good enough. People need to go there every Saturday and give Natura a piece of there mind. If enough voices are raised then hopefully Natura, in all of its filth and slime, will change its wicked ways.

Go to the Meridian!!!! It was GREAT!!! U pay a $12 cover charge to smoke as much as u want! The hookahs are in really good condition and very clean. They had good music selection and u can request songs. The servers didn't come around like every 10 min. but they were very nice and respectful when u asked for something. If they don't come around u can go up to the front desk and ask for whatever u need. My fiancee applied to work there after we went there! So if he gets the job I will be up there all the time! Even if he doesn't I'm def. going back!!!

All of you guys are right about this place...the service sucks and even some of the employees are giving people attitudes; like they did with me and friends one night...they really need to up their service or get new employees cause they have no customer service what so ever.

the hoses in that place is full of dirts ,you should use the disposable hookah hoses like the others hookah bars ,that will make big differnce

This place used to be great 2 years ago, now it's a dump. Service is non-existant, the hookahs used to be great quality, but now they're garbage, and the bands are there almost every night playing about 5 times louder than what's needed for the size of the building.

It gets too crowded to sit, so half the time if you get there past 7PM you're forced to stand around and wait 45 minutes to an hour for a seat and a hookah. Meanwhile there's plenty of non-customers in the building coming in just to see the bands play while you're standing around waiting for them to get up so you can pay for a hookah. The hoses are not properly cleaned either, I have seen several incidents where they were full of charcoal and having charcoal in your mouth after your first hit is not very pleasant at all.

Another note, bring your own mouth pieces, otherwise you'll probably just get a hose with the metal tip that everyone has been putting their mouth on and no mouth piece. They have a tendency to run out and tell you to deal with it or take a refund when you ask for one.

went here for the first time last weekend....dont recommend it at all. i spent $35 on a 3 hose and a 4 hose for the group, not only was the service slow, but two of the hoses had a bunch of crap coming out of the inside and we couldnt smoke from them until they were changed, then another of the hoses had a crack in the wood that was leaking. took absolutely forever to start smoking too...go elsewhere

you're right but if you go to the .pdf menu it will list the hookah menu

The web page for this "hookah bar" does not appear to be a hookah bar :(
